What do you consider to be the most meaningful way to build self-love?
There are many things, but one of the things I do most often is to increase my self confidence, not to pay attention to what other people say, and to convince myself that my existence in this world means a lot to the people around me. Focusing on myself without caring about what others think is also (imo) one of the ways to build self love.
