What I really like about Sonic and Surge as a couple is just the many scenarios them being soft and hardcore yet still resemble their energy and personalities.
My question is when they spar does Surge be wanting Sonic to take it seriously like wanting to see a not hold back Sonic?
LTMEA Surge does NOT want from Sonic to hold back. Even when post LTMEA Surge managed to get through her "kill Sonic" program, she has still developed a strong rivality with him. If Sonic would take it easy on her, then Surge would feel insulted. Surge got stronger since their first fight and she wanna show him what she's made of. Sonic accepts it and offers her some of the best fights she will ever live.
