Yes aeons ago. I watched the whole thing and read some of the manga. I enjoyed most of it though once you know what happens it falls off just a bit. I didn't really have any ships either besides Misa/Rem. It has it's flaws but DN is pretty good imo

Madame Du Barry was great during the begining. I also love Andre he's such a guy,,,His love for Oscar is quite moe as well. Jeanne (and Nic) are a hoot. And Oscar is amazing of course. I'm only 12 episodes in btw so I'm sure I'll grow to love even more characters.
