While there's no consistency in my goo, on the exterior it would feel fairly smooth like rubber but not tacky (I don't wanna constantly be picking up debris gosh) but when allowing someone to be caught in the goo, coiled, bound whatever, it probably wouldn't be unlike the texture of smooth liquid paint.
