Cactuses, hands down!

Not only does she have five in her apartment, all of which are named and were gifts from her mother, but she can’t help but love their brash appearance, ability to adapt to extreme conditions, and, contrary to what she’s accustomed to, the vibrant colors their flowers can produce.

She also enjoys carnivorous plants to a degree, even if she’s never been able to keep them alive for very long. Her personal favorites are pitcher plants.
