I’ve tossed around ideas of how the New Primrose cast and others would sound like, as well as what accents some of them would have before. Here’s the general consensus:

Eden: Abrasive and cynical. Mostly harsh and aggressive in how she speaks, with her voice being fairly blunt and monotone, showing little emotion besides bitterness unless discussing something she enjoys. Eden has no accent, but my initial concept of her did have an idea of her having a British accent, but that never came about.

Kara: Relaxed and down-to-earth. Tends to be presented as far more laidback and inviting with flirtatious undertones whenever she starts teasing people she comes across. Kara is bilingual and does speak with a light Spanish accent.

Mei: Quiet and mousy. Reserved at first but will slowly open up over time or whenever her interest is piqued. Mei does not have an accent, but does also speak Korean.

Cassidy: Shy and whispery. Always speaks with a soft, low voice with occasional stammering, has a mix of masculine and feminine tone in their voice. Cassidy has no accent.

Renée: Gentle and nurturing. Much like a doting mother, her words are filled with genuine warmth and care for whoever she speaks to, regardless of who they may be or how well they know her. Sometimes refers to others as “darling” or “sweetheart.” Renée speaks three languages, including English, French, and Mandarin Chinese, thought predominantly English with a French accent.

Cornelia: Brash and confident. Very assertive and in-your-face with how she sounds, with a tomboyish tone. Cornelia has no accent.
