what do you do when you're numb? i mean, to deal with that...

I am one to simply allow it. I would indulge in my numbness and allow it to sink in; to take reign, but never take root. For I believe that as long as I am not actively harming others with my behaviour, it's simply best to indulge in your heart without dwelling on it for too long. Fully understanding yourself would allow you an easier process of letting go. This, is of course, my very own opinion.

I cried. I cried a lot. In fact, I’m a crybaby when something makes me sad. I let out all my feelings and allowing the tears to wash away the numbness.
