God okay im gonna start from where I left off in the last message with GM getting involved. (This is medium high fantacy, not spells but like religious fantacy and political intrigue) after GM and, let's call her A, take some time become best buds lol They are trying to think of ways to get more people involved in the revolt (this is were it gets hazy) we need them to meet Pen. Who is a character that's basically the priest on their side. And also a fucking horrifying monster dude. A whole thing is that there is a "literal demon" in town killing people's livestock and "the current rulers are doing NOTHING about it" then it starts killing people. And the people are getting angrier, and GM is getting more of them on their side. Then there's this "preacher" talking about royal greed leading to God casting away their land, nd the only way to get back in his graces is to kill the heretic king (who recently changed a holy text and that made a lot of people very angry) this all leads to a war. Obvi, we win cause like we have a literal monster on our team, and also, the king and queen are weak af. And most of their people have turned on them already. A takes the crown and gives it to GM, who is only king for like 5 years before he starts losing it, and she takes it herself. But in that time, the monster stopped killing livestock and people. "They were right God DID chose GM and A to rule." Little do the people know it was all a scam.

Well shit... hmmhhm we don't have evey detailed ironed out but basically. Monarchy run by a family that had a marriage for power with a scum bag. Daughter gets exiled. Meets GM who's accidentally became the figure head of a group of present revolts starting up outside the main city. He's a FANTASTIC public speaker and people person. Her on the other hand not so much. So she uses the man power hes gotten from the present revolts to hoist him to "king" but again he's still just a figure head. Vi doesn't get involved until theyre in power and pretty close to their own collapse. The daughter ousts him from kingship and takes full monarachal control. He's bored and sad. So she gets him a girlfriend, Vi. Who's the child of a dissident who's still loyal to the old regime. And also GM saw her at a ball once and almost died and told everyone about how pretty she was. Vi kinda feels like the begining of the end for the entire group. But keeps GM from going totally off the rail
