Currently I've been listening to Before You Exit's songs a lot since they have this calming melancholic vibes. I would recomend Silence, Find Yourself, and Looking Glass from their band.

I usually scroll through fyp to find something to read/watch, or, if I wanted to go back to sleep I'd immediately look for ASMR vids to help me go back to sleep. Though often times it happened I ended up gaming 'til sunrise.
