How do you make your mood boards

Oh! Okay, so first thing I do is decide what kind of vibe I'm wanting. Usually, I take ideas from what I've written. For example, my latest one for A to the Z. It's sad boi hours so I went with more muted colors. Yex is really struggling, and Wxxyx is too. There are a couple moments where Yex breaks down, the two of them hold each other, etc.

Anyway, once I have an idea, I pull up P!nterest and start looking! I don't worry too much about colors because I can usually change the hues and things with filters or in my editing software. Filters almost always work though. I usually like to have at least 6-10 images. Searching your keywords and added "aesthetic" has helped me a lot as well ahaha. Like mafia aesthetic, or mansion garden aesthetic. Often times I only use part of an image. Like if I want just the hands, I crop it to that point.

I then use Pixlr to add filters, change colors, etc and to make them into a collage. Based on how many images you have, pixlr offered suggested templates. I move pics around, and sometimes do a filter over the entire thing and voila!

I hope that helps! I'll show the original colors for the one I talked about and then the finished.
