Its depend on where, why, and to who. In my opinion normalizing lgbts people in my country (which is indonesia) its just something you cant really hope it happens, first of all its because of the majority of the religions in here are quite opposite with how lgbt are. its not that the country nor the rule are homophobic its how the country tolerance with the religions that has the rules about prohibiting lgbts. once again the country isnt the one who are homophobic its just the religion and religion are something that people could choose to believe and as for a human being, tolerance and respect are needed.
