scara was NOT made in raiden's image why do yall keep skipping over that part of the lore. he wasn't designed after raiden's appearance or intellect or abilites, he was a proof-of-concept.

Raiden made a puppet based off of her afterwards, but scara was never meant to be a final product and he was never meant to hold the gnosis, despite his own... delusions (pun intended)
