Who has the biggest pp among all your favorite characters across all media
I know I have asked this A LOT of times already, but I think it would benefit everyone if you shared your strategy in managing your time and tasks. (None of that I have no life bs because you literally do so much.)
your stories are so beautifully written and I admire your writing a lot! it's so careful and neat and I want to say congrats for achieving to make it this perfect! I have one question, I was wondering if there will be a chapter 2 in call me beep me, no pressure on it of course, keep up the great work <3
Thank you. You're very sweet. I absolutely will have a chapter 2 of CMBM. I just have to finish up one fic for krbk week and a bang fic (both of which are almost done), and then finish the next chapter of Say Something (which is about half done), then I will be focusing my energy back into Call Me, Beep Me. I'm excited to get back to it.
Is kiribaku a basic and boring ship?
If there is one thing you think you can improve in your writing, what would you want to improve?
If you met another version of yourself, would you fuck yourself?
Fandom is such a toxic space. How do you deal with this with the patience of a saint?
Why do you think that even though a number of people ship kirishima x bakugo, this side of the fandom doesn’t feel united? As an observer and lurker, why isn’t it a collective? It looks like there are a bunch of different factions among this side.
Because everyone is different. Would it be nice if all our interests aligned perfectly so that we could all happily consume our favorite things? Absolutely. Is it realistic? No. You're gonna find those "factions" in any fandom or ship space. Just like in real life. Not every personality meshes and some of it has to do with moral beliefs. Antis vs Proshippers, etc. People that are hard set in their ways about top/bottom dynamics. It'll never be perfectly cohesive.
You look very smart, and you are good with words. Did you take up writing in college or did you take any courses to get to your skill level? I love your works.
IDK about /looking/ smart (are glasses wearers still stereotyped as smart?) but I appreciate it. I did PSEO my senior year of high school but never formally attended college after I graduated high school. I was part of my school's Speech team! I did Creative, so I wrote my own monologues. I've just always been writing in some capacity since I was a kid: poems, short stories, roleplays, fanfiction.
Since you asked :D dumb question coming: what would you do if you woke up tomorrow and all your armpit hairs are mineta’s balls?
Have u ever had a dream about one of your ships or your fics?
Are there people whose opinions you value when it comes to writing? Are you fond of other people’s styles that are different from yours or do you gravitate towards a certain writing style when reading?
There are absolutely people's opinions I value when it comes to writing. They help me grow while not being critical and only provide feedback as requested. I wouldn't say I necessarily gravitate toward a certain style but I really like the imagery brought about by certain writers: Shyn, MostlyBritts, ColleenWritesMN, SascakeGia to name a few. Their writing always captivates me and I easily become immersed in the narrative.
This is a difficult question but which event youve run is your favorite and which is your least favorite?
Oooh.... Hmm... You're right, it is difficult. My favorite right now is probably the rare pair bang. It's very exciting to see so many people get excited about their tiny ships and have a place to hype them up. My least favorite event, I didn't even get to properly kick off. I tried to do an "award ceremony" last year that was just people gifting themselves, their friends, and favorite writers by dropping names and recs that fit different themes. But since a bunch of people didn't read any of the info for it and ignored the IC that asked for suggestions on what the categories would be, it got blown out of proportion and they thought it was being exclusionary to only the popular people in fandom. When really it was meant to be: "favorite angst fic?" "Oh! I love this fic by X, or I wrote this angst fic I really love!"
How do you avoid comparing yourself to others? Sometimes it makes me stop reading because I get envious of the talent other people have, how do I keep that from happening ?
It's really hard. I got hit with imposter syndrome pretty bad not too long ago because someone whose writing I really like had posted a fic with a similar premise to one I'm working on and their fic blew up while mine has almost no one reading it. It's impossible to keep yourself 100% from comparing, if we didn't, we'd never improve upon our craft. The important thing is to remember that this is a hobby and hobbies are meant to be enjoyed. It's nice to have a few close friends that'll hype you up and cheer you on. It makes the writing process feel less lonely. (Idk if any of this really helps as advice.)
