Where does our free will end and where does the force of others start?

Where law is concerned and laid out (is pretty much the end of free will) bc for ex. If ya wanted to kill someone, the law says ya pretty much shouldn't, right? So that's like a limitation to free will in itself. The force of others starts when ya go against free will (i.e. cops and authority figures alike, such as the courts or something too - if ya don't do what is asked by them)
