Does Sara normally follow Jackie off the ship with her robot body? Or does she prefer to keep it abord?
Very rarely, Sara is a shipboard AI and there's lots of weirdness involved in going from being effectively a self-propelled house to just a person on the street, but she does sometimes slip out to cause trouble if Jackie takes too long with whatever errands she decides to run.

Find a good restaurant, Sara does not exactly have the finest kitchen facilities around nor is Jackie a fantastic cook, hot food made by somebody who knows what they're doing is a wonderful luxury.

Are the eyes on Morgan’s hood fully functional? Are they just regular eyes, or are they related to her magic in any way?
The eyes on Morgan's hood are not functional in a normal sense, they only open when she's channeling her magic (or when I think it'd look cool in the drawing C:) and although they move around as a separate but normal pair of eyes she can't actually see anything through them. Well not in any articulate way at any rate.
