Hii, today I double check my form for the contributor application and I realize that I accidentally said no instead of yes to the pinch hitter question, does that mean I really get the spot of the event, since I have said no? We’re so happy to see fellow lovers of Jealuc! You can provide links to your art samples, such as google drive links, links to specific posts on socials (Twitter, Instagram, Pixiv, etc.). Having at least one Genshin Impact sample is required to apply; hopefully by the time contributor apps end you may have the time to create something related to Genshin, even if it’s simply a colored sketch of a Genshin character. Hi! I'm interested in applying as a writer, but have a couple of questions I'm hoping you can help with!
Based on the app form, it looks like you're open to a variety of writing formats (ex. poetry, letters, diary entries) in addition to prose, which is exciting! Are there any additional guidelines on how writers should provide samples for these alternative types?
Ex. if someone wanted to apply as a writer with intent to contribute poetry, and also be considered for the NSFW side zine, what would you recommend they include for their samples? Would it be appropriate for writers to include a sample document with 2-3 poems in it as "1" overall sample? Any additional instructions you can provide here would be appreciated.
I'd also like to clarify: in your instructions, you state that applicants should provide 3-5 best narrative fic samples - but in the form itself, there are only 3 places to include sample links. Should writers include 2 prose samples in one document, or is it recommended to only submit 3 samples?
I would also like to note that in the "Samples and Portfolio" section of the form, at the bottom of the instructions where it says "You can read more about our guidelines on our carrd here" - this link doesn't appear to be working.

Hello and thank you for your interest in applying for Redamancy! We have added guidelines for alternative forms of writing on the form, fixed the carrd link, and added up to 5 samples for pieces of writing. We would recommend to include each poem as separate sample and, if you are interested in also contributing to the NSFW side zine, to provide a NSFW sample as well. We hope this helped and can’t wait to enjoy reading your application!

— In the writer app form, the guidelines have a Carrd link, it doesn’t link to your Carrd
— If I’m opting in for poetry, should I submit a poetry sample? If yes, how long should the sample be?

We will evaluate Page Artist applicants based on their art style, composition, color scheme, anatomy, backgrounds, and rendering.
For Merch Artist applicants, evaluation will be based on the style, composition, color scheme, silhouette value, and variety of merch item samples.

What other themes are allowed besides redamancy?
Hello there! Thank you for your interest and for taking the time to inquire. Redamancy (A Love Returned in Full) is the title of this zine. The themes of this zine will revolve around Jealuc's canonverse (canon-compliant/canon-divergent) and may include AU themes depending on the results of the Interest Check!
