Small goals, yes. I find small goals easier to manage. Big and grand goals often leave me with an overwhelming feeling and only resulted in me getting sad for not being able to achieve said goal. My current one is living long enough to celebrate one of my brothers’ birthday. It’s as simple as that

Knowing the definition and grasping the concept, sure. I think my answer for this would be similar to most people, though. Freedom would be having the ability to choose your own choice and express yourself in any way you want to without having a limit. Would argue how being limitless without law is not exactly a good thing :]
