I only inferred (since WW talks about feeding from him) but he’s human!! They see themselves as siblings- I have no reasoning for this lol, they could not have grown up together because WW is so old. I think they just became very close friends when Liv was a young adult/WW probably saved him from Chapel/ etc etc so they see each other as brothers. That fuck
