Have a question about Kaeluc Con? Ask away!
hey just wanted to ask why moomukae got accepted when they still havent sent their merch (unlike other vendors who were rejected because of this). this is clearly favoritism and it's not fair that this person gets to participate despite breaking the rules just because they're a popular artist
Hello there!
Firstly, there is no favoritism when it comes to accepting vendors. We examine every application that is submitted and if the applicant qualifies, then they're accepted. This year, all applicants were qualified and accepted without any rejections. If you did not receive an email regarding your application, it means you either didn't receive the email, or your application was eaten by google.
Importantly, Moomukae sent out all their orders near the end of September. If you have not received an update on your order and have questions, we recommend you reach out to them directly. The vendor has provided information and evidence of their completed orders as well, which means they are qualified to be apart of Kaeluc con 2024.
I hope this answers your questions.
are you only accepting artworks? what about written pieces e.g poems & fics?
Poems and fanfiction are more than welcome to be submitted to the Kaeluc Con showcase! There will be three categories for submission: Artworks (physical or digital), written works, and cosplay.
If you are looking to submit a work that may fall out of line with one of these three categories, please message us directly for possible entry!
hi! i want ask, can luckae creators participate in the event too? no disrespect or anything, just curious
Hey there! We're so sorry for the late response!
Luckae creators are more than welcome to participate! However, please note that this convention is Kaeluc only. Vendors and showcase participates are prohibited from selling or submitting artworks conveying Luckae. As long as your work is not explicitly displaying Luckae, you will be qualified.
