Yes! He actually slubbs her a lot after they get together. (Slubbing is what opossums do when they really like something, I guess? They get all drooly and rub their face on the thing they like)

Does Kaibette have a super form? If yes, what's it look like? If not, does she have any other sort of magical forms?
Yes! I haven't designed it yet. Honestly, it's stumping me really badly because she's already bright yellow. I suppose I could make her bright white, but I kind of want to subvert the whole "lighter color" deal. I'll have to do some design iterations.
Originally she didn't, though, because of her powers. But I think her magical form would technically count as a super form, now!

What was the inspiration behind Kaibette, if you don't mind me asking :0c?
Sonic Forces influenced her a lot. I really like the tsundere type, and I'm pretty sure I had recently watched Maid Sama! so that would have been a factor. She's got a little bit of Cure Flora and Cure twinkle from Go! Princess Precure. Honestly, she was more of a vent character/self insert for myself than anything else!

She didn't like them. Very awkward with them. Doesn't quite know how to interact without breaking her cold, bitchy persona she's got going on. So, she avoided them

What would if take to gain Kai's trust to become a friend of hers? Once you get past her harder she'll, how is she once you get to know her?
Time. All of her close friends were obligated to be in close contact with her consistently. She's in a romantic relationship with Clutch because she had to work for him for so long. She's got a sibling type friendship going on with Rough and Tumble because she was forced to work with them. Jez is her best friend because they had to stick together for a while due to circumstances regarding an RP.
Fundamentally, she tends not to be open to peoples advances. When she does interact, it's either business or pissing you off and nothing in between. She values shared experiences where she cansus out if you're trustworthy or not. She's not a cat, but she's similar to one. You can't just walk up to her and lovebomb like with a dog. Just exist in the same space without imposing any pressure or expectations on her for long enough and she may respect you enough to be cordial.
When you know her, shes more likely to banter with insults instead of just insulting you. She's very kind but in a silent way. Actions over words. She still won't totally let you in but she'll be roasting to defend you as well as roasting you. Lots of going out of her way to do kind things and lying about it. She might make cookies and say they taste gross and tell you to deal with them. That sort of thing. She still won't let you know about any of her "Kii" stuff. You have to really gain her trust with that.

does kaibette have any friends outside of clutch?
She has a couple people that she is friendly with, but not a ton of friends.
@VamipireMocha's Jez is Kaibette's bestie in my canon, but that was built up over almost a year. She's hard to get to know.
I think Rough and Tumble would fit into that friendly category, erring on the side of siblings.
Those who know her Lore know that she has a bit of an alternate identity when she disengages from her cold exterior. She goes by Kii and is generally very sweet and nice. However, her relationships are still usually surface level. Small talk only, no one really knows a lot of details about her. Most importantly, she keeps Kii completely separate. If you know Kii, you do not know Kaibette. If you know Kaibette, you do not know Kii. To everyone else, they are completely different people and not connected at all.
