Heather: "I have only met him once, when he was helping to secure some witnesses. He appears to be well-connected and intelligent, if stubborn. I am aware he has a poor view of our organization due to his interactions with Wildfire, though I feel he would dislike the KDF even if he hadn't encountered Wildfire before, simply because the our existence brings a lot of unpleasant facts to light. We wouldn't exist if Kaiju and non-kaiju lived in peace like they do in Thunder Bay. I feel that he would see us as just one more symptom proving that the city is diseased. That said, I am making assumptions here, myself. I would hope he would give us more benefit of the doubt than that, given we are actually working to improve the situation here."
