Hi! I noticed your requirement to have the cover artist also draw a regular page illustration. That would be a lot of work for an artist, though, as the cover takes significantly more time-- is there a specific reason this rule exists? If not, is the team willing to reconsider?
Hello hello!! 🥰 Zines do this differently, but it's not entirely uncommon for our cover artist to create a page art piece too, and our mods have had it be a success in the past (and the chosen artist is always super excited - especially since they always know they're pitching to do both)!! There are several reasons why we are doing it this way, but please be assured that not only did we consider all options for accepting a cover artist, but we also carefully thought it over before deciding. So, that being said, we will be keeping the requirement 🥹💚 We hope you understand!!!

Will there be apps for alternative artists like cosplayers, crafters, etc.?
Hi hi! While we ADORE alternative styles of art like cosplayers, poetry, crafters, etc, we'll only be accepting page artists (single-page, spread, and comics), merch artists, and fic writers for this zine. Thank you! <3

How many guests contributors are you planning to invite?
Hi hi! We don't have a clear contributor count yet as we're still waiting for our interest check to close but we estimate anywhere from 1-4 guest page artists, 1-2 guest merch artists, and 1-3 guest writers. Hello! I'm super excited to see a Kakashi centric zine! Just to make sure, would you be able to confirm if the mods and therefore the team/environment are not anti-leaning/are ship let ship? I know this is a genzine but I'm sure you understand why I'd like to clarify. Hope this okay!

All contributors are free to create whatever they like outside of the zine as long as they adhere to the rules and guidelines of the zine itself in regards to their zine pieces as well as their behavior as contributors of the zine. We will not tolerate harassment or bullying of any kind. If our contributors ever feel uncomfortable, we encourage them to engage with a mod directly. Hope this helps!
