I've been listening to Amiel Sol's Ikaw lang patutunguhan, and it reminded me of Sky and Selene 🥺🥺🥺 because I remembered how grateful they are to have discovered one other. Their love was one of my favourites; it was so calm, sweet, and tranquil. I miss them 🥺 and will definitely miss them once it's done.

P.S. Panel 237 is one of my favourite panels because I enjoy viewing Sky from Selene's point of view. Selene on the panel was like, "Kay palad na ikaw ang kapiling ko sa ilalim ng buwan, Kay saya na ikaw ang katabi ko pagsikat ng araw."

Reading this felt like witnessing a love letter to Sky and Selene, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The way you described their love—as calm, sweet, and tranquil—perfectly captures the essence of what makes them special. Some love stories are built on grand gestures, but theirs thrives in the quiet, in the unshaken certainty that they belong to each other.

But more than that, they were never searching—because this love was never something they had to find. It was always written, ordained by God long before their hearts even knew how to long for one another. Selene’s love story wasn’t just a matter of chance; it was a prayer whispered not only by her but by the people who held her close, by those who wished for her to have the kind of love that would honor, cherish, and protect her. And when the time was right, when both hearts were ready, love didn’t just arrive—it returned to the place it was always meant to be.

That kind of love is rare. The kind that is not sought but entrusted, not discovered but destined. The kind that reminds us that no matter the differences between two souls, when love is written by God's hands, it will always find its way—gently, inevitably, beautifully. And knowing that this love—their love—resonated with you in such a deep way means more to me than I can put into words.
Panel 237 is a moment I hold close as well. Seeing Sky through Selene’s eyes is like witnessing a quiet miracle—one that she never had to search for, yet was always meant to find her. And in the same way, Sky will always see her as his miracle, his life’s greatest gift. The words you shared—“Kay palad na ikaw ang kapiling ko sa ilalim ng buwan, Kay saya na ikaw ang katabi ko pagsikat ng araw.”—are poetry in themselves. They capture the way she sees him, not just as someone she loves but as someone whose presence feels like both peace and home.

But what makes their love even more beautiful is that the gratitude runs both ways. Sky is just as grateful for her as she is for him. To him, she is warmth in human form, the love he never thought he deserved yet was blessed to receive. He loves her not just for who she is but for every quiet moment, every glance, every piece of herself she entrusts to him. Her love is not loud, not demanding—it is in the way she looks at him, in how she chooses him, in how she allows herself to be seen in ways she never thought she could. And for Sky, loving her will always be his life’s greatest privilege.
Knowing that you will miss them once their story reaches its end is something I don’t take lightly. It tells me that they have left an imprint on your heart, and as a writer, there is no greater gift than that. Thank you for embracing them, for understanding them, and for allowing their love to live within you. Your message is a reminder of why stories are meant to be told—not just to be read, but to be felt.
