They turn sour and make you sad or get thrown on the pile of lost moments, lost things, never experienced happiness. And then they degrade there. Sometimes the pile is in a state of advanced fermentation and explodes at the slightest touch. I think we all should have at least a pinata at home to get rid of the worst.
