Many. Each project I was assigned to started with one. There are two types I happen to experience over the course of my work. Type1: Everybody is eager to stay calm, in the background, no leader, no loud voice, no mention of the structural shortcomings of the project, since it was too obvious to mention or nobody dared to say because they felt it was a lack of expertise on their side rather than obvious nonsense. Type2: In order to shorten the meeting and skip the awkward silence I took the initiative and started to discuss how to rectify the obvious errors. But that was not always my duty nor my desire as it meant to tread on toes of others.
