Sighs, how do you guys deal with badmood please this is really killing me.

I know it may differ to each person, and my way of coping is.. open my Tab and read a book. Sometimes I catch up with GOSE latest episodes, or other artists I love. Having someone to talk is a good way to forget and distract myself.
