Definitely aftercare, specifically after either a stuffing session or any sort of eating/drinking challenge by a significant other!

Like seeing a gal try to sooth her taut and very red gut, breathing heavily as her belly apron slightly lifts off the ground with each inhale. And her wife applying medicinal and cooling ointments on her gut, and giving her much-needed deep belly rubs. Giving her pig of a wife a kiss as she whimpers softly, both happy she ate so much and feeling the aches. Showering her in loving words, kisses, and love bites, etc. I could go on for ages about that stuff
