hi! i read the form for applications is closing at 11:59 PM on thursday, is that referring to a specific timezone or is it gonna change depending on where we apply from? thank you for hosting this btw!!

The project is set in the EST timezone; when the application form closes, it will be at 23:59 EST (21st September, 2023).
