Here’s an opportunity to be petty… or not… I engage… if I hear an apology or explanation of some sort that “checks/passes”, I forgive but don’t forget… If I don’t, then I continue to engage and make them think that I’ve been lured in again, and then ghost. I’ve only done this once but it was oddly satisfying to me.
