If you had to organize your WoLs into groups in Arknights (Penguin, Rhodes Island, etc.), where would each one go, and why?

i like this question um um my answers are temporary because i need to learn more about the factions in AK but
Roth -> karlan trade bc of kjerag lore being similar to his in a way
Hibana -> raythean as a weapons tester and designer
Sogetsu -> lungmen as like a pharmacist or cook or something but also he has connections with their underground, like an anti-jaye

i have more WoLs but im embarrassed about this answer turning out too long!!!
