On the giving side... I would say generally I like to do more casual type ones? Something simple and straightforward that's easy to focus on. Like breathing, associations and at a fair pace to try and keep it a natural transition into trance.. But it can depend on my mood. Do wanna try more inductions styles though.

On the receiving end I tend to enjoy confusion, repetition and overload inductions the most. But I'm quite well trained in both ways so most stuff works on me :P
