Hi! Learning to draw is a difficult process and there's many things you can do! I started with copying official art of my fave manga/anime when I was little, trying to understand shapes and colors. There's also many youtube videos with exercises you can follow, like the quick poses ones and also those who explain color theory and how to use softwares and /or drawing supplies. I think that it's important to start learning with paper and pencil, cause you need to repeat the drawings many times before getting things to look right, and you don't erase them, so you can look at all the steps that got you there. My personal tip is: don't be afraid to experiment! Try various techniques and styles, and you will find what suits you best <3 hope it helped!
