Like most Sheikah in TOTK she lives in Kakariko and works as the Cook/Bodyguard of Paya after Cado leaves with Impa, When Link passes through Kakariko she calls out to him and ask him for help on gathering some rare ingridients around Hyrule to make special food for Paya, which gameplaywise would give link some permanent upgrades, like a permanent version of the firefruit buff. Jasmine already new about Link before this and actually held him in high regard mainly because of the rumours that he can eat absolutely anything.
