What's something you want to improve upon?
Confidence. I've had a lot of fear of failure lately, a lot of doubt, and - more practically - in the classroom, I've struggled being assertive with respect to decisions I've made based on my experiences.

Favourite branch of chemistry that isn’t education-related?
Gut reaction is analytical chem because it's so practical, but I feel like that's less of a branch and more of a purpose, so I will have to go with thermodynamics. I am not great at thermodynamics, but it's fun to me, especially once statistics gets involved.

Ever worry that your ADHD or overactive brain might hurt someone?
Worrying about hurting people is the worst thing you can do, because it hurts both yourself and the people you are thinking about, but more on that later. ADD is a way of categorizing certain sensations and experiences I have. To consider it any more than that would deny me agency over myself as a person. Do I worry about hurting people? Less than I used to. Making a habit of it was a quick way to completely erode any sense of self I had back in high school. Bad things exist, and everyone experiences them, but instead of trying to avoid hurting people, I should focus on helping people. Avoiding confrontations over a long period of time is a surefire way to build up emotions you never knew you had, and the harm that can come from that to you and others is much much more than the harm that would come from honesty and openness. And confrontation avoidance is something that often (but not always) stems from not wanting to hurt people. This is something I would like to take to heart, but it's a work in progress.

Lex, how often do you fly vs. walking or driving?
Don't have a car, but I hate drivin' anyway. I'd fly everywhere but sometimes I need ta wear a backpack, so I resort ta bicycle. Walkin' is jus' flyin' without wings. It's nice, but it won't get me anywhere.

Name a couple things that annoy you in life
When people don't consider that other people have experienced life completely differently from them, nothing makes me angrier. As for annoyance, private vandalism makes me furious and I get annoyed when people don't do things they say they will. Similarly, hypocrisy is the WORST.
