bro lmao. After a jog, they all have ice water under a bridge to cool off in the shade. Mob can't even really move after exercise, so they have to hold his head up and part his lips for him and make him swallow it down. He burns up so much they splash him with the water too. Mob is super grateful for all of this and lets them pass him around after that, happy to help them out since they're all such good friends of his. When he gets too tired to move he just goes limp and they're strong enough to pass around his body like a ragdoll.
