Hi Kesheana, no worries at all! It's great to connect. When I feel like contemplating, I usually take some time for myself to reflect. I might go for a walk, listen to music, or just spending some time outdoors helps me clear my mind. How about you? What's your preferred way to start something when you're in a contemplative mood?
