Have you ever had your concentration on a spell break because you started filling your pamps? Have you ever had to wait on a change in messy pamps because the spell you were working on is really long?
…yesallthetime, pretty much any continuous spells like for example a flamethrower spell can be RUDELY interrupted. But as for the change part of the question, all the spells I know have relatively short enough cast times, only ones I can think of are like communions with deities and greater alteration for like appearances and illusions, which are kinda like continuous spells. So yes, concentration can be broken by an upset tummy.
