Looked at your user and are you a 0307 shipper ?
I'm a JackaFuu truther. It's complicated. You cannot comprehend my genius.
Theres an in-depth tarot interpretation, including the history of the cards, how Mikoto's depiction of the cards differs from traditional, and symbolism on Tumblr!! OP only analyzed the 1st spread so far though.
Oo I would like a link if possible? I'll check it after I finish my comparisons and try to look at their interpretation!
Hi, I've seen your theories on Mikoto. And it makes me questionning about the Fortune Telling in MeMe. We see regulary the Bluekoto is represented as the Hanged Man in the Tarot (In the visual key of the season 1, in his outfit in the MV, and in the paintings) Would Greenkoto be represented as The Fool (The another painting), and Redkoto as the Death? Because he pulls the card in the end of the MV.
That type of cards always have a deep meaning, do you think that it could give us hints on each Mikoto?
Hi Anon and thank you for sharing your observations! Because of the word limit in Retrospring, please excuse this very curt response!
I have yet to fully investigate the Tarot cards and the design they used for it. Mikoto's Tarot Deck "genre" for lack of a better word is very interesting. Normally, I would give my Rider Waite interpretation for the cards but with an art style like Mikoto's, the meaning of a card can change as each Fortune Teller has their own "wavelengths" so to speak when picking their cards.
The Fool usually means new beginnings and Death usually means a major change in life. It's most likely it's about his new situation being in MILGRAM.
On cursory view, it seems they are portraying Redkoto as "The Devil" and Greenkoto is currently a hidden card (facedown on the single chair). This is just my guess but, it's most likely that Greenkoto's Tarot card is either "The Moon" or "Temperance."
Hanged Man is interesting because any of these interpretations would work for Mikoto -- someone being suspended in time (standstill) and/or path to repentance.
I hope this is OK for now!
hi. i have no idea if you are a system, nor is it my business, but with the traction your posts have been getting id like to politely ask to please not call mikoto good system rep. any accuracy to systems written into his character always will be canceled out by the fact that hes a serial killer character with DID. i myself see similarities in his system and my own that i think are decently written, and maybe its the same case for you, but it still spreads a harmful stereotype that most fans will not bother to look past. thank you, and i hope you have a nice day
Hi Anon, I understand what you are saying but this is a case where context matters! If they weren't all murderers but Mikoto was, THEN it'd be a bad representation. I think the wording I used is that if Trikoto is right and they're all doing this work to show an accurate representation (hence good rep).
Yamanaka expressed many times in his interviews that his goal with this project is to bring out empathy within people. We don't know the circumstances of Mikoto's murder. We all know since INMF that some videos are done as "guilty baiting."
Good reputation is also a matter of opinion to some degree. I've spoken and friends to other systems as I make my analysis and some of them feel he is a good rep. Reps have faults too and MILGRAM is already an example of some of them being in an extreme circumstance that forced them to do these actions. It doesn't have to be black and white. This all comes down to personal opinion on the matter.
i think fuuta did qrt killcheroy and it wasn't rumerie the t2 voice trailer's fuuta voice line suggests it also is it true that fuuta tweeted that some girl is cute or something i've seen a few people saying that but i can't verify it
Hey anon! Thanks for the question.
Fuuta isn't the one who QRT'd Killcheroy, but another person entirely! I have a thread about bring it on here! https://twitter.com/CatDraft0307/status/1649178284314480640
It's not complete yet and I'm planning to write something more in-depth. But I hope this helps clarify a few things!
