That's very true, I try to keep my opinions private most of the time though so I avoid getting myself into any arguments. However, I'd be lying if I said the fandom didn't play a part in some dislikes of characters. Which may be unfair, and I don't blame them for having fun with it- it's just not my thing. and I do see a lot of hatred for things being spread around which does cause some reasonable dislike
