A majority are straight/cishet. Queer people just overrepresented because furries are generally seen as unusual/sexually deviant in a similar manner to queer people so there's a lot of overlap in the overall. And because of that the community at large has kind of always been accepting of people with different sexualities and gender identities.

Though there is kind of a big problem when it comes to misogyny and racism in the fandom, at least that's what I've heard from a lot of women and POC in the community.
