I worked out a LOT, plus I also keep lifting a decent amount of weights every day. That combined w the fact that I am pretty fat by nature essentially just made them balloon outwards with mass 🐻💪 although I have 0 muscle definition thanks to my body fat in the first place, so I don't look that fit, just big 💔
