Depends entirely on how it's drawn because you can get to some really goofy sizes while warping the underlying proportions and skeleton to an insane degree and I'll still think it's hot. Generally I'd say "too much" is when you start getting into like, characters being rendered completely immobile by their own muscle mass, BUT sometimes that's also hot as an end-of-sequence kind of thing.
