There's a lot of different possible scenarios you can go down with reality alteration stuff regarding the mechanism causing the alterations and who's aware of it. Is the affected aware or not? Are other people changing and only the main character is aware? Are they dealing with new memories popping up and overwriting their old ones, or is there a doubling of memory? etc. My last story deals with everyone being aware w/ retroactive changes causing increasingly dramatic surges in the size and weight of the characters involved, but there's a lot of variables you could go with.

It's a theme I'll touch on a lot in the future I'm sure, with basically two planned storylines around it (although more generally Huge Woman centric than necessarily fat). The next big one essentially focuses on Chris and Vivi growing larger as they (and Alexandria and Pietra) are the only ones aware of the changes as women in general start growing with the advent of all the Zenith stuff and how society begins to slowly warp around it. The other reality alteration storyline I have in mind is with Pleasant, the hyper-muscled orc lady, who goes to bed one day Normal and wakes up the next Green and Huge as she's shunted into Zenith reality and has to adjust to it with no memories relating to any of it (and is gradually growing increasingly more massive all the while)
