Hello! No, chaptered fics are not required to be completed before submission. The total word count submitted needs to be over 2k, and that's it!

Hi, I just had one question! I prefer to write platonic things, and I don't want to disappoint people who are prompting and hoping for romantic fills. Aside from the obvious (explicit, "x" in the prompt, etc) is there any way for me to make sure that I'm not letting anyone down if I participate? Thank you so much in advance! <3
Hi, the easiest way to solve this would be if you DMed us about the prompt you want! During prompting we track who submits which prompt so if it would make you feel more confident, we could contact the prompter for you and ask if they're okay with it ♥

Just put my claims in! I'm just wondering tho.. it asked for 3 prompt choices, which is fine. But what if I only want to write 1 prompt/fic? Can I just do that? Or would I need to fulfill all 3 prompts if (God forbid) I get approved for all of them (unlikely, but just wanna know!) 😅 thanks!
We ask for your top 3 picks going from most wanted to least wanted, and give the 1st one that is not claimed. For example, if your top pick is not claimed yet, you get your top pick. But if your top pick is already claimed, you get the second pick and so on. But only 1 of them, don't worry haha!

I'm still very much on the fence, but thinking about joining... I am NOT a strong writer 😅 But I have 3 important-to-me questions:
can you claim more than 1 prompt (2) would it be possible the claim one of your own prompts is it possible to drop out, at any time, if life gets in the way too much? (Not that I'd plan to drop out, but I want to cover my bases).Ty all for putting this together! Regardless of my joining, I hope everyone has a good time and I look forward to seeing everything ♡

1) you cannot do more than 1 fic claims simultanously, you need to submit your claimed prompt to claim another prompt. however you can claim the art medium of the same prompt simultanously. after submitting, you are free to claim again!
2) you can claim one of your own prompts, you can also self prompt! ( will be available in the claiming form)
3) and you are allowed to drop out! just make sure to notify us.

Hi guys! This might be a really oblivious question, but it’s my first time here and everything looks awesome! The prompt claim opens tomorrow, 1am my time cos I’m from Australia and we’re only an hour different from KST time, where it’ll be midnight. Is it first in first serve or is it luck of the draw? I’m a little worried lots of the prompts are going to be cleared out really fast, which would be so sad.
Either way, thank you so much for organising everything! I think it’ll be a really fun event!!💕💕
Hello! Yes, sorry, but it's first come first serve... I wouldn't worry about prompts getting cleared out too soon though! Last year we had around 30-35 entries, and not all of them got claimed in the first few hours, so definitely try to claim a prompt when you can ♥ We will try to mark the claimed prompts as quickly as possible, so you should be able to see what is still left for claiming.

I am also asking the other organizers too to be sure, but - since author reveals are on the 30th and MinChan Bingo submission ends on the 31st, if the prompt we choose works for our bingo squares as well, are you alright with the single work being included in both events?
Yes, only if you're submitting the work for Minchan Bingo /after/ the Fest author reveals!

I am literally INCAPABLE to writing a "prompt" that isn't a thick-ass wall of text... and I know that's not what a "prompt" is supposed to be 😭 help me! 🥲 idek if my suggestions will make it into the lists coz of this, but I just want yall creators to know that you can pick and disect my suggestions apart and make them completely your own! Yes, you can stay anonymous! It's best to message us before you claim a prompt (maybe a day or two before claiming starts if you find a prompt you like), just so that we know who is going to remain anonymous. -🧡
