The album "Rabies" from Skinny Puppy has definitely had a lasting impression on me. It was the second album of theirs that I really listened to (the first was "The Greater Wrong of The Right"). I was already a fan of industrial music when I first listened to it, but something about it took my love of industrial to another level. The fucked up electronic sound of it just clicked with my head. Especially the song Worlock, which ended up inspiring some of the songs I wrote. Heck, all of their music left a very lasting impression on me, but this one was (to me) the most important because of how it influenced my own music.

There's basically a reason I have a Skinny Puppy tattoo on my arm.
