Venetia would most definitely choose to go to Higashi, and she'd take Scavenger with her! She'd love to go back to her hometown with Scavenger and to show her where she showed up, where her adoptive father is buried, pictures of her as a child, and so on. Even if she thinks the civil war is stupid and pointless, Venetia still loves her homeland.
