Damn that's cute imma teacup.
And yes. Friends or more like fake friends. They're just crushing over gojo so they pretend to be friends with megs. Safe foods yes, they're like. Rice crackers, 5 slices of apple, lemon water (juice has too many calories). He controls his portion and checks his weight everyday. Imagine gojo is away on work trip and leaves him in getos care. Geto sees his poor eating habits and thinks he has a eating disorder that gojo doesn't know about. So without mentioning it to megs, he feeds him more food sneaking in more calories and makes me comfortable with it.
Gojo comes back and doesn't notice much difference untill he makes meg try the clothes he bought for him and opps- they don't fit. Too tight for gojos liking and he's so mad over it. Makes him exercise, takes away anything edible from him and keeps him on water diet.

Add cucumbers too the safe foods too !! And oooooh Sugu,,, feeding my sugufushi cravings, such a wonderful ship that’s often overlooked . It’d be amusing if there was a confrontation between Sugu and Goj about Mgm, and poor Mgm is so ashamed and feels embarrassed about it, sobbing to Goj about how sorry they are for causing problems ! ~
There’s a fanfic somewhere on ao3 with the gofushi tag that has that exact scenario. The Gj not letting Mgm eat, and things not fitting train of thought you have.
