I've been in pain w the site down too, there are some other options but all w downsides. 1st is lofter, but there are only sfw fics there and the site isn't strictly for fics so it's restrictive, but there are a lot of fics. 2nd is Wland, you need an acc, but that's easy, it has quite some fics too, but navigation is a bit rough and most fics you found on there are old, but there are gems. 3rd and lastly is to follow writers' wordpress, many writers have wordpress to overcome lofter's censorships, i can make a list of rec fics on wordpress + pixiv if anyone wants...
