Me trying to come up with a Brand New Fact for this. Uuuuuuuh. Okay hear me out. What if they can "take" their stitch scars out of their skin and materialize them as some kind of wire/rope. Would you let Sasha breathplay with you yes or yes? Or! They could open their scars into a normal-ish wound for Fun ;) and just sew it back when they're done.
