You mentioned in one of your tweets that you would like to see Pinoko played (in live action) by a person with dwarfism (sorry if that’s not the right term) and I totally agree! Do you know of any actresses who would be a good fit, other than the woman in that TikTok?
The lady cosplaying Pinoko is called Hitomi Goto (chibita_115)! Since she cosplayed Pinoko and seems to be interested in the character, I think she'd be a great fit. She works in the fashion industry so I'm unsure if she'd want to do acting, but wouldn't it be awesome if Tezuka Productions reached out to her? If she's not interested in acting, maybe they could do an in-character promotional fashion shoot together. If I worked in the industry, I would immediately reach out because I think it would be an amazing opportunity to get the chance to work with her. Of course, I'm nobody, and I'm just daydreaming at this point.
Unfortunately I don't know anyone else. I don't really keep track of celebrities, and sadly there don't seem to be a lot of Japanese actresses in the public eye who share the condition. If you have any suggestions of your own, please do share them!

How did Black Jack teach Pinoko how to be his assistant? Was he a patient teacher or a strict one ?
If we think about how he taught her how to use her new body (which was very strict), I think there was a lot of yelling involved. He has scenes where he yells at her for not shutting up and following his instructions immediately during surgery. He takes his work very seriously and I assume that he'd think if he was gentle with her or forgive her mistakes even slightly, she'd make a fatal mistake that'd cause problems. Unfortunately, he's not very patient with her.
